These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Vestia, an iOS wardrobe management application ("the App") operated by Vestia Technologies Corp. ("we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated in Canada.
By downloading or using Vestia, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Vestia is a personal wardrobe management app that uses artificial intelligence to help you organise your clothing and generate outfit suggestions. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Vestia offers the following subscription plans:
All new subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your chosen subscription will begin automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's billing terms. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's App Store subscription settings.
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription payments, including partial periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact Apple Support directly, as all billing is processed by Apple.
If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to Vestia Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
We offer a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Only one free trial is available per Apple ID. We will send you a reminder notification one day before your trial ends. If you do not wish to continue, you must cancel before the trial period expires to avoid being charged.
Vestia uses Anthropic's Claude API to power outfit generation, wardrobe tagging, and styling suggestions. AI-generated content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or quality of AI-generated outfit suggestions.
Daily usage of AI features may be subject to limits to ensure fair access for all users.
You retain ownership of all content you add to Vestia, including clothing photos and wardrobe data. This data is stored locally on your device. By using AI features, you grant us a limited licence to send relevant wardrobe descriptions and images to Anthropic's API solely for the purpose of generating outfit suggestions on your behalf.
We do not claim ownership of your wardrobe data and will not use it for any purpose beyond providing the service.
The Vestia app, including its design, code, branding, and AI-generated interface elements, is owned by Vestia Technologies Corp. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our express written permission.
Vestia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated suggestions will meet your expectations. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on AI outfit recommendations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vestia Technologies Corp. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Vestia. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Vestia at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and cancelling your subscription.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Canada, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
